The Center for Creative Change, Inc., was founded by Kay Mattingly-Langlois in 1991. It is an outpatient counseling center providing quality treatment for adults and adolescents with addiction and mental health problems. The center also provides training programs for the public, business and treatment professionals.

Kay Mattingly-Langlois, LCSW, LMFT, MAC, AAMFT, NCAC II, IMAC, is the President of the Center for Creative Change, Inc. in Indianapolis , Indiana . She has over 25 years of experience in addiction and mental health counseling. Kay is a nationally known trainer with 20 years of training experience. Kay has served as President of the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors as well as President of the Indiana Counselor's Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
